Does it mean its working :- Not necessarily,you need to take one at a time.
Your brain and body should be co-ordinated. Gradually get your brain used to the activity every day and increase the intensity over a period of time.
The whole saga of fitness is both brain and body. Reluctant mind is of no use, as the routine can't be followed and the benefits wont accrue.
I will write a blog on how to make fitness more interesting and not a chore...

Interval training is the best, saves time it is the most efficient way to train. In 20 min you can get so burned up that you would never reach on treadmill. Sometimes I see people at the gym running on the treadmill and having a can of "Monster Energy" in front of them. It is a sign that they have no clue how the body works.
