Ok, my first resolution went down the drain, did not update the blog for two days..
And coming to my exercise, here is what I did.
05/28 - My first day, so just burned 100 cals....din't want to exert too much..and guess what i had for dinner...PIZZA, some 500+ cals...
05/29 - dint exercise , had poori/chole for dinner...
05/30 - Burnt 120 cals, walked for 1.5 miles....
So, hows it so far, Good or Bad??

Toto is diet conscious too.
But i always tell him,Life is short,Enjoy it to the fullest :-).The same to u too.

i do go to gym n work out hard. but wht's the use if i still eat lots of ice creams n chocolates?

@Satish - "gym n work out hard", half your work is done there...It feels good to binge on comfort food once in a while, mantra is not to overdo it..

He isnt not only weight conscious,but he works out everyday.you wouldnt believe.He lost 60 pounds in a matter of an yr.The fact is I am skinny,so he doesnt want us to look like Laurel-Hardy.:-)

American sports institure recommends 5 days of cardio in a week ,so even if you miss few days dont worry. One day in a week is cheat day where you can be liberal with the amount of food you consume...I am on the path of fitness, so lets talk and push each other ....
